CHARLOTTE AYANNA (Tracy) was featured in the movie TROJAN WAR and has had a recurring role on the cable series "The Secret World of Alex Mack."Ayanna was voted Miss Teen USA in 1993 and held the title Miss Universe L.A. two years later. She continues studying theatre at UCLA and anticipates earning her degree this year.
Under the name Charlotte Lopez, she is the author of the book "Lost in the System" about her experience growing up as a foster child, published by Simon and Shuster.

I agree. Marvellous lady, she's an inspiration. I think this picture of her is great and does a lot more for her than some of the more glamorous photo shoots.
I used to watch Alex Mack which I remember her in when I was a lot younger, and I looked her up when I recognised her in a film The Insatiable recently which is kind of a comedy horror film.
She's been in plenty of other things on TV though, and if you use Wikipedia you'll find that she's led an interesting life.
I HAD THE FILM DANCING IN BLUE IGUANA IN MY DVD COLLECTION FOR A WHILE AND SAW IT MORE THAN ONCE SUDDENLY THE LAST TIME I WAS ASTONISHED BY THE AUTOBIOGRAPHIC FIRST SCENE THAT LEAD TO THINK MISS CHARLOTTE AS AN ABUSED CHILD.
AFTER THAT I WATCHED THE WHOLE FILM AGAIN WITH A KNOT IN MY HEART AND ALTHOUGH MISS CHARLOTTE HAS A VERY SEXY FIGURE I ONLY WANTED TO PUT MY HAND THROUGH THE TV SCREEN AND CARESS HER HAIR AS A FATHER. ALSO THE LAST SCENE WITH JENNIFER TILLY IN BED SINGING TO HER WAS DEVASTATING. IN THE END THE WORLD OF WOMEN HAS A LOT OF MISERY IN IT AND ALL WE MEN DO IS TO ADD TO IT.
