RACHEL BLANCHARD (Monica) stars as Cher in the television series Clueless.The Toronto native has previously starred in the Canadian feature film Young Ivanhoe and the Nickelodeon anthology series Are You Afraid of the Dark? She was also a regular on the syndicated series War of the Worlds and the British series Chris Cross.
Blanchard's other television credits include the network telefilm Alex: The Life of a Child and several productions for Canadian television.
